Sports Massage

Starting with completing a variety of physical assessments to discover tensions points/ imbalances of the body. We will together uncover how/ where a massage will be most benefiical for your goals and lifestyle. Whether it is to prepare for an event, sports, or just to eradicate pain/ tension during your day to day (e.g. office work), Elovate Fitness can cover all bases   


Corrective Exercise

 I will help you with providing expert advice based on the assessment and analysis process whilst watching your movement patterns. Simultaneously I will highlight your underactive and overactive muscles within the body. This is important to ensure that the body is using the correct range of motion and we eliminate any imbalances that are present. Let's perform our best, this starts with avoiding injuries!


Weight Loss

Whether you're wanting to lose weight for a specific event or striving for longevity. I can help you work out your average calories that you need be intaking daily in order to maintain the calorie deficit, which inevitably makes you lose weight. With the right micronutrients and macronutrients calculated, maintaining the right training plan and tracking your progress we can ensure you lose weight effectively, but most importantly safely!


Sports Performance

Participating in team sports from a young age, I have the expertise to ensure I can support you within building your sporting career, whether thats to improve speed, agility and fitness or focusing on one specific goal. I will get you there!


Healthy habits & Building Confidence

It's all good having specific goals, but once you reach your goal will you just stop there? I'm here to ensure you find the activity that you enjoy, trying new things and building your knowledge within the health and fitness industry.
